INFORMATION ABOUT OBTAINING DATA

 

ADKSOLID shall only process personal data our clients agree to provide by: consenting to establish cooperation in providing programming services, request to free a demo/trial version of our products/macros/add-ins or enquiring via email, voluntary registration on our website as well as any operations performed while purchasing our products and services.

 

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

 

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of:

  • relevant to seeking a contract of sale, delivery and its further implementation;
  • implementation by ADKSolid of the entire process of sales and quotation;
  • conducting settlements required by law, including receipted issuance and procurement certification, accounting, taxing;
  • ongoing relation with you as our customer in order to maintain business relations;
  • consideration of complaints;
  • marketing;
  • archiving;
  • possible inquiry or defense against claims, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (legal basis article 6 no1 char A, B, C or article 9 no 2 character F RODO)

In connection with the implementation of commercial relations, it will be necessary to obtain from you a set of data in the form of: name, surname, business name, address, TIN, National Business Registry Number, the Entry into Business Register number, contact details i.e., phone number, fax and email address, contact details of business representatives that handle commercial relations with ADKSolid.

 

THE RECIPIENT OF DATA

 

ADKSolid is the sole recipient of your data – we do not share your data with third parties – unless you give your separate consent i.e., in order to simultaneously acquire cooperating programs with our solutions and/or it results from law regulations and/or forwarding is based on the Data Processing Agreement on the objectives and within the scope described below.
Your data can be processed wholly or partly by ADKSolid cooperating entities within booking, operation of systems or IT services in case you are/were ADKSolid customer and/or ordering/commissioned party and/or our Portal/Website user. These entities process data on the basis of the Personal Data Entrustment Agreement only for a specific purpose and scope and in accordance with applicable law. We do not forward any data outside of Poland, the EU or the European Economic Area.

 

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

 

The data processed in order to conclude agreements and for realizing legal obligations by the administrator is stored for the duration of the contract, after which will be stored for a five-year period from the acquittance issue date unless new rules of law, including the accounting law, are in force. Moreover, the data shall be stored to prevent frauds, for statistic purposes and archiving for a five-year period from the end of the contract or in the event necessitating the processing. In addition, ADKSolid will also store data – for the accountability purposes – over the time period we are obliged to store the data or documents containing them to document the fulfilment of legal requirements, including its verification by public bodies. In the event of claims Your data will be processed until they expire under the civil code. Your data will be deleted or anonymized thereafter.

 

RIGHTS OF THE PERSON SUBJECT TO THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

 

You have the right to access to your data and receive its copy, to correct, to delete, to limit its processing, to object to data processing, to transfer, to lodge a complaint before the regulatory body and to revoke authorization to process personal data. The aforementioned rights can be realized by contacting us.

Providing data is optional nonetheless necessary for accomplishing the objectives it is collected for.
