The owner and administrator of the site is ADKSolid Anna Dybek-Karpiuk based in Włodawa 22-200, at ul. Mielczarskiego 6, hereinafter referred to as an Administrator, whose rights and obligations in relation to the users of the website www.adksolid.com are specified in the terms with no possibility of individual reservations. Any person, who in any way uses www.adksolid.com website – hereinafter referred to as the User confirms that meets the principles of how to use the site, which are specified in these Terms of Use.

 

§ 1 Website Terms of Use

 

  1. Using of the www.adksolid.com website is voluntary and possible both with and without registration and account creation on the site, provided, that downloading and opening some specific files is possible only after logging into the site (after the registration process). Your use of the website constitutes your express acceptance without reservation of these Terms of Use.
  2. You use any information available on the www.adksolid.com website at your sole risk, and responsibility for: the use of the information on the site and the decisions taken on their basis rests solely with the User.
  3. ADKSolid through the website provides Users access to certain information in electronic form, and, in particular, access to the information contained on the site.

By filling in the contact form, the User provides the following data: first name, last name, company information, e-mail address, as well as the consent to the processing and use by ADKSolid their personal data for the purposes of customer service and the provision of services by ADKSolid, and in particular: notification of products and services offered (including products and services of cooperating entities), maintaining relationships, information about changes and novelties. § 4 Cookies Policy

 

  1. A person who in any way uses the www.adksolid.com Website – hereinafter referred to as the User, confirms that they have read and understand the principles of the use of the site, including the Policy of Cookies (Cookies) and consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this Policy. If the User does not agree to the cookies  used by the site Administrator, they should change the settings in their browser in an appropriate manner or opt out of the use of the ADKSolid sites.

  3. ADKSolid makes every effort to make the data presented on the site to be complete, current and consistent with the facts, however, they cannot fully guarantee that, and therefore does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of the use of the presented data.
  4. ADKSolid is not responsible for the decisions taken on the basis of information contained on the www.adksolid.com Website, or for their use by third parties.
  5. In case of receiving of legitimate information, that on the www.adksolid.com Website content and materials are inaccurate, infringing the law or personal goods of third parties, ADKSolid shall take the appropriate steps to delete or change this content within a time limit set by the Administrator.
  6. ADKSolid is not obliged to store backups containing any materials uploaded or published on the Website, except for those referred to in separate agreements, for example partner agreementss.

Using a banner or a link, the User navigates to a Website of another owner, therefore, ADKSolid does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy, currency and completeness of the data contained on the websites which you may access through this site. The User uses them at your own risk. The fact of posting the link/banner does not constitute page or Web address confirmation by ADKSolid. The User acknowledges that they are aware of the risks associated with the use of software or information found or obtained in this way. ADKSolid is not responsible for the delivery or quality of any goods or services sold, purchased or advertised through the www.adksolid.com site (guarantee, warranty), because the seller or the service provider is a third party.
  9. The www.adksolid.com website is informational and does not create any obligation on the side of the ADKSolid.
  10. The User undertakes to cover any loss or damage caused by their culpable acts or omission and to satisfy the claim of a third party, also those asserted before the Court, directed against ADKSolid, and related to the breach of these terms by the User.

 

§ 6 Final provisions

 

  1. Without the written consent of the Administrator it is prohibited: to copy, reproduce or in any other form to use in whole or in part any information, data or other content posted on the Website, except for those allowed under the law on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws 1994 No. 24, item 83).
  2. The Administrator reserves the right to make the assignment in whole or in part any of their rights and obligations related to the conduct and management of the Website, without the Users’ and third parties consent, and without the possibility of expressing any objections to these entities/people.
  3. Due to the technical constraints, ADKSolid cannot guarantee that information transmitted through the Internet will reach the User without any errors, complete and full. ADKSolid cannot also ensure that browsing the site will run without interruption and technical flaws.
  4. The law applicable to these terms and conditions is the Polish law.
  5. Any disputes related to the implementation of these Terms of Use shall be governed by the competent courts.
  6. ADKSolid reserves the right to change the content of these Terms of Use. Any changes will be posted on the www.adksolid.com website and shall enter into force on the date of publication.
